HOW TO PREVENT JET LAG WHEN YOU ARE A TIMELINE TRAVELER

 At this point of the Millennium 
we all are familiar with Timelines, 
Quantum physics, Mandela Effect, 
Smoky Mirrors and 5G.
If there is something we are grateful 
for the year 2020,
is the speedy Masters Degree 
on Self Awareness 
we have had the opportunity to get.


What do I mean with being
a Timeline Traveler and,
how can we efficiently 
mentally and physically
thrive in the quantum leap 
implicated in such a Traveling? 
A chronological time and space ( X-Y) 
where events happen;
In the social media platforms
is a basic concept, 
Imagine we create different accounts 
with different profiles, 
will the timelines still be the same?
A timeline as we ordinary know it, 
has a beginning and an end, 
What if instead of social media 
we move to VR? and,
instead of creating different profiles 
we have different Avatars. 
These Avatars will not be subjected 
to time/space vectors 
because they do not exist in the 3D world 
as we perceive them.

Being a timeline traveler allows you 

to be in many different places 

at the same time, not only that, 

it gives you the power and skills 

to fully live the experience of 

as many avatars you are capable

to handle in the 5D world, 

the more avatars you become, 

the most effortless 

your Human Experience will be. 


VR gave us the knowledge 

to understand that 

the subconscious mind can

not only feel and experience 

beyond the body,

but also transcend the pure intensity 

of being Human and,

attached to a place or circumstance.

While your 3D body is in one vector x/y, 

your mind and, 

with it your experiences can be in a multiverse.


How this affect your

Body’s Internal Circadian Clock? 




The Circadian Clock 

is controlled by a part of the brain

called the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus ( SCN),

a group of cells in the hypothalamus

that respond to light and dark signals.


Imaging taking a plane and flying 24 hours

backwards the Earth Pole rotation,

our bodies and minds need the adjustment 

to be present at the destination, 

and be able to produce the healthy hormones

required to adapt,

like melatonin and serotonin, 

maintaining with it homeostasis. 

Homeostasis is a self regulating process 

by which an organism 

tends to maintain stability

while adjusting to conditions 

that are best for its survival 

(ei. body  temperature),

it is controlled by nervous and,

endocrine systems in mammals, 

referring to how a person under

conflicting stress and, motivation can 

maintain a stable psychological condition.

If our bodies do not adjust to the change 

of time /space -daily light/darkness 

it will suffer from what commonly is called 

Jet Lag.


Why timeline Traveling has a big impact 

in our physical body and,

how can we prepare it safely and

efficiently to time travel 

in the multiverse without Jet Lag?


The Pineal Gland is a small gland 

located deep in the center of the brain. 

named for its pinecone shape, 

this gland secretes melatonin 

(hormone of darkness),

which plays an essential role 

in the body’s internal clock.

The pineal gland was one of the last

brain organs to be discovered and 

has been the subject of much

mythology and speculation. 

The seventeenth-century French

philosopher Rene Descartes thought 

the soul was located in the pineal gland and,

by many it is called the “Third Eye” , 

the Horus Eye by the Egyptians. (400)


The most prominent symptom 

of pineal gland dysfunction

is a change in circadian rhythms.


This might mean sleeping too much or too little, 

feeling active and restless in the middle of the night, 

or feeling sleepy at unusual times.

Other symptoms of a problem 

with the pineal gland include:

  • headache, nausea, vomiting, or tremor
  • difficulty with sense of direction
  • changes in fertility, menstrual cycle, or ovulation.
  • osteoporosis
  • mental health issues, 
  • particularly seasonal symptoms

Virtual Reality and Lucid Dreaming,

take place in the same part of the brain,

in the hyphotalamus,

where the subconscious not only 

uses experiences but also the imagination, 

compelling us to consider the predictive and 

creative role that we assign to dreaming.



Transcultural psychiatry 

have identify alternative approaches

to cope with mental health disorders,

Using lucid dreaming and VR, 

teaching veterans to manipulate 

their unconscious and conscious mind.

helping professionals to increase

their knowledge, 

build new skills,

safely practice, better retention.

But it has to be taken slow, 

“slowly train your brain to VR” and

the consequent “VR sickness” 

cause by the Illusion of Self-motion, 

ears and eyes work the same weather 

we are in the real world

or a virtual one.  


Movement is imagined but not actually enacted

in dreaming or Timeline Traveling, 

the movement happens in our Pineal Gland

that it is producing more melatonin, 

more melatonin= more REM =higher quality lucid dreams


The moment we start inducing

ourselves into an Avatar,

there is an activation in the Pineal Gland

same as when we meditate, 

affecting hormones and neurotransmitters

such as cortisol,  dehydroepiandrosterone

serotonin, melatonin, and epinephrine.


Homeostasis can be obtain 

by creating healthy ecosystems

from the biodiversity of each one 

of the timelines that we travel,

integrating a variety of stimulus and,

upgrading our physical body through 

different practices:


Keeping our body to a certain 

vibration/ frequency

will allow us to permeate into different

time lines with ease.


Food, nature, music, mantras, meditation, 

movement will transform and

adjust every cell to resonate

with the variation of coordinates.


- Nature/Polarity : 


Remembering that everything 

on Earth Planet is polarity and,

the connection and adjustment 

with it is the key to bring our 

nervous system into balance.

Being in direct connection with Earth, 

walking barefoot or planting seeds, 

growing or collecting fruits, flowers,

vegetables.

Nature is an open door, 

a the direct communication with the Universe, 

to the cosmic laws of gravity, Love and Peace.

Where our Lumerian and Atlantis Ancestors 

lost their battles 

by disconnecting from the source of Earth.

Acknowledging and returning 

to the very roots of our primal thoughts.


- Sound/Mantras:

by firing in pathways that are more

Every thought carries a vibration. 

Every time the neuron fires, 

it fires at a vibratory frequency. 

The mantras are the highest vibratory 

field on Planet Earth

that we are aware of. 

We don’t’ know of anything that 

has a higher vibration 

than these mantras. 

They are over 5,000 years old.  




-Food: 

I love to visualize my Avatars in a Video Game,
where they obtain different Powers and Shields 
while eating different foods and drinking elixirs:
Adaptogenic, berries, Herbal Teas, Rose Water, 
turmeric, sesame,
probiotics, sage, basil...
Higher frequency= higher performance.
95% of the serotonin's body supply 
is produce in the gut.

- Breath: 

There is a direct link between environmental 
levels of oxygen and jet lag.
Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your
breath in order to control 
the movement of your life force
(prana) through your body.

Movement: 

Yoga, dance, celestial communication
forest bathing;
ask your body how it wants to move.

Meditation: 

My teacher Guru Jagat says: 

Meditation is your Civic Duty.- Aho !
